@When you need to call an ambulance or fire engine, please dial 119 direct. An ambulance or a fire engine will be dispatched immediately.
@Before you dial 119, it is advisable that you find someone who can speak Japanese to make the call. If this can not be done, keep the following directions in mind.
@Remain calm and give direct answer to the questions asked. Speak slowly and clearly. You will be asked additional questions so the dispatcher can send the right type of help. All questions are important.
